Sunset Dunes at 5 p.m.

Enfolded into Heaven’s sunset
Graced along beauty’s coast–
A kiss of blooming fire that singes all fear–
You remind me this evening of what will be
and what I am not

Thank you at last for this imperfect surrender
And lavish truth
